jump up, come down. up, down. up, down. it is sometimes impossible for me to focus and get things done. but i made a promise to myself of finishing what i started and realizing what i set my mind to, and i need to keep it. aah, if it weren't for that promise! i'm still a kid i guess.

having said that, isn't rope jumping fun?

hihi i told you that i would upload the videos from my workshops. this is the first one, coming with eight months delay. i hope i have been able to embed it correctly. there are some problems with the animations and timing (and the mug being moved by mysterious powers at one point), but please remember it was a two-hour workshop!! and i quite like the light, which was helped by dear hubby and one fellow colleague, who i thank a lot...so here you go:
