such a happy little life

yesterday i made a quick research on different textiles. i will continue with some field study. hm.

i also watched revolutionary road. i am a little disappointed with the ending, but overall it was really nice. what an appropriate movie for me at this time of the year! have you watched?

can't help it

well, i'm not really crazy about advertising blockbusters; i don't think they need my advertisement. but i must say: avatar! i want to be a na'vi, too:) words can't describe the experience. you have to see for yourself. the characters. models. the scenes. the textures. the lighting. the movements. i even dream at night about our blue friends. soooo beautiful!

gee, i think announcing sometihng on the web does motivate me to finish it, after all!

i must happily anounce that i finished my mini workshop film, with the sound effects and all. hehe. i even uploaded it for some private downloading. i'm still hesitating on publicly uploading it, because of a possibility of repeating the workshop... i'm crossing my fingers!

the same goes with this one, hopefully. now that i am publishing my bag on the web, i have to finish it. and it's time that i did! i've been muttering about it for such a long time... it is becoming annoying even for me. if only i could get a few dimensions correctly...

por fin

i just finished my beloved workshop and i am now working on the outcome of it. which is an animated short. i was really moved with the participation. happy:) of course somethings had to go wrong. i forgot to edit the film with proper timing (which is actually what i'm doing now). hopefully tomorrow i can show the real deal, if it's not too late already. some titles, some thanks... i am dancing happy dances. will try to upload some photos that my friends and hubby took.

not a good city to burn

i watched a film, i giorni dell'abbandono, and i absolutely adore the lead actress. killer expressions! the film was good, if not awesome. after watching it, i don't know why, but i wanted to go straight to italy. the scenes really were fantastic! i wanted to walk around rome (by the way, i have no idea where the film was shot), getting to see every street. to look at every building. to take a picture of every detail. maybe the coming of spring gives me this 'i must go away!' feeling, i don't know... maybe the thought is more attractive because it is sooo impossible now...

don't forget to do what comes to your mind when it is possible;) maybe you can visit rome for me and send me some postcards?

careful with the sand, kiddo!

here it is! a test animation for my beloved beach party ... poor bobo seems to lick the shovel, making it look like ice-cream. so, intead of demonstrating how much she enjoys playing with her toys and sand, she seems to love the delicious treat. hehe.

i thought i'd never be able to start this film. i hope you like the small test. we'll have more tests for sure;) please send me your opinions as things progress.
