caution! spoiler ahead! hehe.

i recently watched up; and... although i was fond of the general dreamlike imagery.. i don't know; i think i was disappointed on the storyline and the characters. why do they set our expectations so high? i was instantly allergic to the talking dogs, i guess. but there was lots of lovely stuff, too. the flying home. the 'grumpy' old man:) his wife. i would like to see some alternative work from alternative studios i guess. what do you think?
